Causes of Blisters on Insulated Glass Fiber Boards
The blistering of the insulated glass fiber boards is actually a problem of poor bonding between the board and the surface. It is also a problem of the surface quality of the board. The insulated glass fiber boards is a kind of insulation materials in electrical used. This includes two aspects:
1. The problem of the cleanliness of the surface of the insulated glass fiber boards;
2. The problem of the surface roughness (or surface energy) of the insulated glass fiber boards.
The foaming problem of insulated glass fiber boards on all circuit boards can be summarized as the above reasons.
The bonding force between the coatings of the insulating glass fiber board is poor or too low, and it is difficult to resist the plating stress, mechanical stress and thermal stress generated during the production process during the subsequent production process and assembly process.
Eventually caused different degrees of separation between the coatings.
