Difference Between Green Shell Paper and Insulation Paper

At present, we still have a certain understanding of insulation paper, insulating paper has a wide range of applications in many fields, but the understanding of this kind of insulating material is very little. The insulation effect of these two kinds of insulation products is very good, but the advantages in the use process are different. Let’s see the difference between insulation paper and green paper.
1. Insulation paper  is made of polyester film coated with F-grade adhesive, one side of which is bonded with polyester non-woven fabric, DMD for short. Green shell paper is a kind of paper product processed by fluoroplastics.

2. Insulation paper has good mechanical strength, dielectric property and high heat resistance (grade F). It is a kind of insulation material of Y series motor, which can be used as slot insulation, turn to turn laminated insulation, pad core insulation and transformer insulation of small and medium-sized motor.
3. Green paper has strong tensile strength, vertical and horizontal bending, 130 ℃ temperature resistance, 4000V voltage resistance, no foaming, no glue flow, suitable for electrical appliances, enameled wire, transformer insulation protection. Features: good insulation, flexibility, water resistance, wear resistance, grease resistance, aging resistance, good sealing materials.

This is the difference between green paper and insulation paper. The differences between green paper and Insulation paper  in color, raw material and performance are introduced in detail. Our customers can have a more detailed understanding of the use effect of these two insulation products, which can help you have a proper choice and operation in your own electrical industry, and give full play to its value.
