Epoxy Fiberglass Laminated sheet  (3240/Epoxy Sheet)

The product adopts 7628 glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin by hot pressing. It has high mechanical and electrical properties, good heat resistance and humidity resistance. Products are widely used on mechanical, electronic and electrical equipment as components of insulation parts. The product have higher mechanical properties, electrical properties and high thermal mechanical strength.

IEC Characteristic
EPGC201 High mechanical and electrical properties, good heat resistance, moisture resistance.
EPGC202 FR4 Performance is similar to EPGC201; the flame retardance level is improved to UL F-V0.
EPGC203 G10 Performance is similar to EPGC201 and it has advanced heat resistance, high mechanical strength at high temperature, excellent electrical and anti-static properties.
EPGC204 FR5 Performance is similar to EPGC203; the flame retardance level is improved to UL F-V0.
EPGC306 G11 Performance is similar to EPGC203 and its proof tracking index is improved.
EPGC308 Performance is similar to EPGC203 and its heat resistance is improved. It has well mechanical stability at high temperature.

Electrical Laminated Wood Board (Densified Laminated Wood Board)

Description:

This product is made of good birch that is rotarily cut into thin wood layer and then dried, laminated and hot pressed. It has moderate density and high mechanical strength and it is easy to be dried in vacuum and to be processed. With the dielectric constant close to that of transformer oil, it can be used in transformer oil for a long time. It can be processed to insulating and supportive components such as coil plate, core pad and lead support of transformer or mutual inductor.

Epoxy Glass Fiber Winding Tube

Description:

This product adopts fiber glass yarn that is impregnated with insulation jelly made of epoxy resin and other resins by certain proportion, and then it is rolled in wet method, and dried and finally consolidated by baking. Its heat resistance level is up to Class H, and it also has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, chemical resistance (SF6), low dielectrical loss, no deformation or delamination. It can be used as main insulator on H grade dry-type transformer, load tap changer, electric reactor, lightning arrestor, SF6 inductor, etc.
